I struggle with this. I think my 25 years of progressive experience should mean something but clearly it doesn't. I am calling colleagues, today. thanks

David,

Schedule with Chris through the scheduling app. I was on the road this week so please excuse the late reply.

This makes sense to me. But, what if you know your brand and you just have the problem of getting it to employers. What then? I have been looking for over 6 months. I have never experienced this before. Never had to really look for a job as people always reached out to me.

I am sure this approach works but what if you are aged out? Is it possible to have a value that will make companies need me even though I am not 32? I feel some urgency as I need to work now. Can you help me here?

Shelly,

I am not 32, either. Let me point you in the right direction. Yes, I can help.

I am just a guy standing in front of a job seeker asking them to let me help them get hired.
